Team Manager Skills

This course will teach you how to get and keep the best employees. During the course you will learn to communicate more effectively with your staff, peers and boss, discuss common challenges for team managers and how to overcome these challenges. Each lesson consists of a "team manager" story and is followed by a question and discussion session. The course will also help you learn necessary skills, functions and expressions that will improve your confidence and fluency.
